Where we are

We are now one of the largest Property Management Agents specialising in accommodation within Manchester City Centre. We manage our business from three City Centre locations where we look after in excess of 1,000 furnished City Centre apartments.

Edenvale-UK provides its lettings service and markets property "To Let" and "For Sale" from two contemporary ground floor offices, both located below landmark iconic residential buildings. We are at Skyline Central in the Northern Quarter and The Lumiere Buildings on City Road East in the Southern Gateway - Castlefields district.

Our Client Services Department, Finance and Management Teams are based on the second floor at John Swift Building, Manchester.

Lettings Team - We have a dedicated "Lettings Team", stripped of administrative functions so all negotiators can solely concentrating on marketing and promoting your property.

Property Management Team - Our professional "Property Management" department provides operational support on all routine and compliance tasks relating to ongoing daily management of you property and tenancy. Each Property Administrator has a dedicated portfolio to ensure continual support service to our Landlords and Tenants.

Client Service Team - Our "Client Services" Team provides effective communication to Landlords on all letting feedback and comprehensive financial management support for managed properties.
