A Lettings Negotiator is required for our expanding Lettings, Sales and Property Management Company in Manchester City Centre.
The role will be flexible with masses of potential and the role includes, matching prospective tenants with suitable properties within our portfolio; provide a friendly and professional service; register all new applicants on all properties; arrange, organise and conduct all viewings in line with Company procedures; report all viewing feedback and offers to the Lettings Manager and update our website and intranet accordingly; negotiate where instructed any offer between Landlord and Tenant; regularly update all websites with new properties and photographs;
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the Company and the overall business objectives of the Company.
Applicant must possess a full clean driving licence and have own vehicle, for which a car allowance is payable.

Lettings Administrator required for busy Lettings Company in Manchester City Centre.
The role will be flexible with masses of potential and will cover general administration duties. The duties include assisting the Lettings Team with the day to day running of the Department, including taking telephone calls from prospective tenants and making appointments for viewings and updating the Company's intranet and websites.
The ideal candidate should have office experience and have good keyboard and communication skills together with a good knowledge of word, excel and the internet. Previous Property Management experience would be desirable.
This is a long term role which for the right person will offer training opportunities and increasing responsibility as the Company grows and develops.

We are looking for a competent and enthusiastic Administrator to join a well established and leading Property Management Company in Manchester City Centre. We are a busy Lettings and Sales Agency managing hundreds of apartments in the City.
As a Property Administrator you will based in Manchester City Centre and assist the Management Team with the day to day running of your own property portfolios including dealing with tenants' queries, arranging tenants to move in and out of property and ordering and monitoring repairs.
This is a customer facing role with the need for you to deliver a friendly and efficient support service to our customers. You must also possess good communication and IT skills and have the ability to adhere to structured systems and processes. Experience in the property sector is preferred but is not essential as training will be provided.
We offer a competitive basic salary together with commission structure.
