MAINTENANCE CO-ORDINATOR
Duties and Job Description
Repairs and Maintenance Co-ordinator and ‘check-out’ Inventory Clerk is required to join our leading and well established property company.
This is an administrative role based at our offices in Manchester City Centre. Your main duties will include; running the day to day administrative functions for property repairs and maintenance works, following and implementing procedures, prioritising contract works, dealing with our customers and suppliers, monitoring and updating records on works progress, visiting property in the city centre to undertake property "check out" inspections.
This is a customer facing role with the need for you to deliver a friendly and efficient support service to our customers. You must also possess good communication and IT skills and have the ability to adhere to structured systems and processes. Experience in the property sector is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
We offer a competitive basic salary with the opportunity to earn half yearly bonuses.

PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR
Duties and Job Description
We are looking for a competent and enthusiastic Administrator to join a well establish and leading Property Management Company in Manchester City Centre. We are a busy lettings agency managing hundreds of apartments in the city.
As a Property Administrator you will based in Manchester City Centre and assist the Management Team with the day to day running of your own property portfolio including dealing with tenants’ queries, arranging tenants to move in and out of property and ordering and monitoring repairs.
