Duties and Job Description

Experienced Lettings Negotiator required for busy, well established, leading Letting Agent in Manchester City Centre. This is a customer facing role based in the city centre with the need for you to provide a friendly, professional and efficient marketing and letting service.

This is an exciting position where you will dedicate your time to letting city apartments to Tenants. There is a mass of potential for future development and growth within this position.

The role includes, conducting property viewings with Tenants; matching and registering prospective tenants with suitable properties in our portfolio; negotiate and manage rental offers; organise the marketing of property To Let on websites, the internet and in other media publications. The above is not an exhaustive list of duties.

Applicant must possess a full clean driving licence and have own vehicle, for which a car allowance is payable. We offer a competitive basic salary together with generous commission structure and half yearly bonuses.

• Sales & Marketing Experience
• Time Management, Planning and Organisational skills
• Personable with Good Communication skills
• Knowledge of Manchester City Centre preferable
• Full driving license and vehicle
