Overseas Landlords

If you are a non-resident UK Landlord, you will require a notice of approval from H M Revenue & Customs. This can be obtained by completing the relevant application form.

If we are not provided with a notice of approval we will have to reserve 20% from your rent until one is provided direct from the Inland Revenue.We will help you with this process.
